Orders containing 1 unit will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking number.
Orders containing two or more units will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking number.P.O BOXES
*Addresses containing PO Box will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

RETURNS
PhysAssist will issue a full refund, excluding shipping charges, to the original credit card, for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 30 days of the receipt of purchase. All items must be accompanied with the original receipt and in UNOPENED, SALEABLE, CONDITION.
